University professor arrested over Grace Mugabe's 'fake' PhD

Zimbabwean anti-corruption investigators said Friday they had arrested a university professor over the suspected fraudulent awarding of a doctorate to former first lady Grace Mugabe.

Levi Nyagura, the vice chancellor of the University of Zimbabwe, was arrested by the Zimbabwe Anti-Corruption Commission following an investigation into the PhD.

It emerged that Grace was awarded the degree by the university in 2014 after just months of study.

Doctorates typically require several years of full-time research and writing.

Is Mugabe still alive?

Okay, yes I found out that he is still alive ... but here is a personal message from me to him (although I think that many people will share my sentiment):

When you die, I (and millions of other people) will forget the fact that you existed. Your name will vanish along with the flesh from your skeleton. And we will only remember that a profound and literal piece of shtt was in control of Zimbabwe for way too long.
