I'm not sure what your definition of 'advanced issues' is, so it's difficult to advise you. I'm also not aware that Grammarly has any specific check for 'advanced issues', and the reviews I have seen of Grammarly are not overly complimentary.
If it's an important paper you'd probably be best off looking for a freelance editor online. A quick Google will find you plenty.

Um, maybe it's worth pointing out here that one of the things you're meant to learn when you write an academic paper is *how* to write one.
Using a super-duper grammar checker to fix mistakes you could not have recognised yourself is a lot like just copying and pasting in awesome ideas you find online that you could never have thought of yourself: you're claiming credit for something you don't deserve.
Write the way you write. If you know you write poorly, then work on fixing that instead. No employer is going to be happy to one day figure out that their awesome new graduate employee can't string two sentences together by themselves.
