Time will tell, but I have noticed some price changes, and the price parity rules are not being adhered very strictly (many court cases have impacted this, varying region to region, applicable to the PlayStation Store). Wolverine is a best case USD/EUR example, since the game is published by Sony.
Say the GTA 6 pricing rumours are true, then the standard edition should be R1799. Going by the trend that I am tracking.
However, GTA 6 will be published by Take-Two (well Rockstar being a subsidiary), and 2026 2K releases have us ~5% below the USD. Now, this is applicable to digital PC stores only, that enables strict ZAR pricing, so Epic and Steam. GOG is playing by their own rules, but I don't think GTA 6 is coming to them anytime soon. I can't say the same about XBOX/MS Store and PlayStation Store. For the latter two I expect R1799 going by a pattern. The game could be potentially priced less on Epic/Steam when it eventually comes to PC, though I won't hold my breath up.
To give you an example. WWE 2K26 is R1249 on Steam, and R1499 on PlayStation Store.
