And today's prize goes to a granny customer, that has been frequenting our store for years, we have her on camera stuffing a bottle of spice into her handbag, called her in and told her that I am banning her from shopping here....... seeing as this is the third time this decade we have caught her , on previous occassions we had her stuffing more onions into a pre priced sealed pkt.....

Explained that I am not calling the cops on her, but want to see her daughter in my office to show the footage, this woman has a serious problem, keeps denying any wrong doing............

I had to walk with her whilst she bought a loaf of bread for her grand kids lunch time.... all the way, she keeps denying.....
