Graph Help

Hi,

Please can you assist me - I need to prepare the a graph based on the following data:

1. Data is in Months
2. I have total sales (R-Value) per category (there are 8 categories) per month
3. I have number of items sold per category per month

I need a graph where the bars illustrate the rand values, but where the data labels indicate the number of items sold. The graph should be per month per category.

It is poor convention to have different labels than what is indicate by the bar length. Why don't you leave the sales value on the primary axis, add the number of items as another data series but on the secondary axis?
