My current card is doing the job well enough - but fullscreen playback of videos is a bit jerky when the action is fast-paced
You shouldn't be watching that stuff anyway. You finally got a gf :erm:
I think I haven't kept a single consecutive card for more than a month.

Oh Crysis yeesh your 4850 is going to be bottlenecked there tbh.
There's a performance mod for Crysis/crysis warhead that helped boost my framerates quite a bit...have you checked it out?
