Graphics card recommendation

Why shouldn't I wait for that?

Also the HD7790 looks like the best value. Which one of these should I go for?

There's no point in always waiting for the next best thing. There's always something new coming out. I'd get one of the powercolor cards as I know they include the Never Settle games.

I always the R100 extra for overclocked cards, but other people don't. Your choice.

I don't care much for the included games,I would rather concentrate on the performance between the sapphire and powercolor,in past reviews the sapphire scored much better any idea on the current cards if its different?

Performance identical. All cards are made by AMD. GPU manufacturers just a slap on a sticker and maybe a new cooler for the overclocked cards.

How can you not care about R1000 worth of games? :o

For what it's worth the Sapphire does come with BioShock Infinite.

hexus.net released an in-depth comparison here. The Sapphire sports 400MHz more on the memory clock and has slightly higher benchmark scores.

Thoughts?

But that;s comparing Overclocked versions of the 7790. And even then, Power Color and Sapphire have multiple versions of overclocked cards with different clocks.

Compare the clocks.

If you want to pay the extra R66 for the overclocked Sapphire then that's your choice.

But these overclocks are single percentage increases.

With less than R100 between all the options I'm gonna say now that you're over thinking this.

Choose the one with the best sticker on the box.

Not really no,sometimes the designs are poorly implemented or exceptionally well implemented resulting in significant performance differences.

Unfortunately time is not on my side so I have to choose quality over quantity,I go with the games I want and cant be bothered by free games unless I already wanted it.
