I installed a Radeon graphics card on my brother's pc but now when I start certain games the words in it is not showing right and pc freezes. Why? Graphics card work on my pc without problems

How old are the drivers that you are installing? What is the make/model of the card?

Drivers that dont work is newest from ati site. The card is a Radeon 9550 256mb

I drivers that came with the card. It worked on my pc. And my brothers old card worked on his pc

Does he have the latest version of DirectX installed?

What was his previous graphics card? Maybe there's a power supply issue here...

Does this happen consistently? Does it happen in some (the same) games but not others?

It happens on all games that uses 3d graphics. Only small games works
