So I applied for the Giga20 via Cell C direct which is great value for money, but they added an additional giganite 20 to that which I never asked for...now I'm trying to tell customer care about this and boy this is proofing to be difficult! Talked to about 5 consultants already and none of them knows what the difference is between Giga 20 and giganite 20 the one even told me the one is R189 and the other is R249 so I said I want to cancel the R249 one coz I never asked for it. She then then replies she doesn't know what I mean? Seriously CellC?? Your network is great but hire people that actually knows what you selling!
