I was getting an error on cancelling my one depleted account to reactivate it again for further use. I opened a support ticket and 6 minutes later (early on a saturday morning) the account was deactivated, a new one activated and it worked instantly without any issues! How's that for service?? :D

I wish open web can give me that support. Bought a new account a 3hours later still waiting for activation
 
Well I did a bank deposit. But even that shouldnt take more than 3 hours. I did a bank transfer and absa sent them the proof of payment emidiately
