Telkom is officially AWESOME !!! :o

At 12:05 I reported a fault on my tel. number on the Telkom website.
I received a reply at 12:18.

LESS THAN 24hrs later.... a technician arrives at my residence and tests line. He goes away for 5 minutes, comes back with the line now working. (Apparently maintenance was done and a cable was "knocked" loose.

Less than a day after notification, my line is fine.

WOW, just WOW. :eek:
 
When somebody says "WOW, Just WOW" after one of their guys fixed a "Knocked" lose cable, you know its a shỉt company. yes i said shỉt, so what.

Same this side, less than 24hours and that on a Saturday afternoon around 3pm. :D

Same thing happened to me yesterday. From fault report to fix in under 16 hours, go Telkom!

When you have to say yay cos they actually fixed your stuff, just shows.
 
I'm thinking they could fix 1000 customers in 24hrs, still does not make up for the crap prices/call centre/service.

Guys:
Our Wireless is almost faster than our copper!
Its cheaper to be wireless if 3GB per month is needed!

Crap service, u cant deny it.
