Greater transparancy needed with cellular operators

Mobile communications firm MTN said that the council of the Independent Communication Authority of South Africa had accepted its proposal of greater transparency among the country’s mobile network providers.

I like transparency, but sometimes, you need to mark the glass door to avoid injury.
