Need some assistance please.
They will be finishing my install soon.
I don't want to use greencom due to price.
Do I still need to pay them or do I pay the ISP I chose ?
I mean the activation or installation fee

Thanks
With greencom it's 1750 with the other guys it's approx 600

For the love of dog go with anyone else, I use Firestream.
Greencom are still billing me a year after I canceled with them

I don't post often and I will probably be flamed for reviving an old post but this should be made aware.
AVOID GREENCOM!!!

I am also still being billed and harassed even though my service was cancelled in October 2016.

February 2017
Fraudulent unauthorized debit order attempt - resolution, I had to pay the bank fee to reverse the debit order and return my funds.

24th August 2017
Received a phone call regarding an outstanding payment for the month of August 2017. I explained to the caller (unfortunately I did not write down her name and I cannot recall it now.) That the service was cancelled almost a year ago. She stated that she would update the record.

28th August 2017 (now)
Received a bill for September 2017!!! WTF!!

It's not like that the cancellation was not processed, I didn't have any debit order attempts from November 2016 to January 2017 and from then until now in August 2017? This is pretty cleared (to me at least) that they are trying to process unauthorized debit orders (IMO - fraud).

There are many SP's out there now, please choose anyone else!
I am extremely happy with the SP that I switched over to.
I am not going to punt them on this forum so if anyone wants more info, please feel free to PM me.

So it seems Greencom may have been sold off to Cell C fibre according to my body corp news letter. I wonder if they are still in business sending bills to customers who cancelled years ago
