hehe thats different, we talking about healing and healing addons here
Let me give some more info.
I make use of LUI as my UI (
http://www.wow-lui.com/)
with some extra's like Decursive (I feel its quicker for me than using Vuhdo's built in option and I've been doing it that way for a long time), Power Auras etc.
It also comes with Grid and support Vuhdo. I choose to use Vuhdo with it
LUI with Vuhdo in action (different setups):

Using Vuhdo in different ways and looks is also easy (ie screenshots above). For instance I have layouts for 5 mans, 10 mans, 25 man, Arena & BG's. All that his is just the way Vuhdo looks and the position they are on my screen is different. IE, when I go into a 25 man raid, Vuhdo can change it auto or like I do it click on my Icon and select my 25 setup if I want to use it.
You can also have that sort of thing for your key setups. IE you see the screen shot above. Say when I am on my Druid and I click some's name/bar as follows:
Left Click -> Rejuv the person
Right Click -> LB the person
Middle Click -> Swiftmend the person
Side button 1 -> Wild Growth
Side Bbutton 2 -> Regrowth
Alt + Left -> Nourish
Alt + Right -> Healing Touch
Alt + Middle mouse -> NS+HT Macro (yes u can assign macro's to clicks like this)
etc.
Then I don't make much use of other combo's like Ctrl or Shift + clicks, except for Focus Target and such things, but some ppl setup them up for Decursing (Vuhdo bars will show a debuff color when u have something to dispel)
Now I might have different Mouse bounds for say PVE and PVP or Talent Build 1 and Talent Build 2. You just set the profiles up and save them. Atm when I am in my main spec it uses that profile and mouse binds, but when I activate my 2nd Spec it will automatically change to my 2nd spec profile and use that binds. (if u understand what I am saying)
So obviously you can see I like the options I have.
Other things from the top of my head that I like is
It comes included with all raid debuffs and fight things that show as an Icon on the players bar (ie u know when he is gonna need some extra healing)
It shows incoming heals on people with +- the amounts and u can avoid over healing
It can show you the amount if hp gone from a person (might help u choose the spell 2 use)
You can set it to show other ppl's debuffs, buffs (like PS, GS) etc on ppl
Ie for my Disc priest it shows how much of my shield is left on him, so I will +- know when it will break or fall off. As well as all my other buffs, spell, debuffs etc.
It shows you who has any type of aggro, ie you know some1 is gonna get hit by a cast etc. and u can plan for that before it happens etc.
and many many other very nice feature's you can use, configure and play with.
etc.
I'm not telling or forcing anyone to use Vuhdo, I'm just saying from my experience with using all 3 mentioned for a long time I rate Vuhdo much higher than the rest. As I said before, @ 1st it can seem a bit hectic because of all the actual feature you have in front of you.
(I'd like to think I know a little about healing and healing addons. I am currently the Healing Officer of a fairly serious raiding guild, and I have been in top hardcore guilds before with many top10 parses over the years)
At the end of the day, make up your own mind, use what works for you and what helps you enjoy the game. Thats what it is suppose to be about anyway, right?
cheers
