Spoke to an ASAP consultant to cancel my order as my R386 order dropped below the R350 threshold because of 2 sold out items.

She told me the R350 total spend requirement includes the delivery.

i.e. if you use TAPASAP50 (still valid) you need to add a minimum of 365 to you basket to qualify for the R100 voucher.

My grand total yesterday afternoon with the delivery and the R50 code was R353.
I also got my voucher just after 10am today.

Maybe wait a day. If you haven't received it by tomorrow may be best to call or email customer support via the app so they can follow up.

I placed an order for R352 yesterday but one of the products was not available, bringing my order down to R326... and balance in the pnp wallet. So they say I don't qualify for the R100 voucher even though my original order met the requirements.

If this happens you need to immediately contact ASAP and cancel the order before it's collected. Same thing happened to me but I managed to cancel it in time.

Also best to pick alternative items before checking out if you can.
