Hi just wondering if anyone else has experienced a similar issue with onecart:
I decided to sign up this am and placed an order, checked out and applied my first time user coupon code they emailed me, but when making the payment it failed for some reason, could have been incorrect card details I entered by mistake.
Upon retrying the checkout the coupon code now says something along the lines of "exceeded usage" but I haven't even successfully placed and paid for my first order
Update: Ok, I submitted a support request about 10 mins ago and when I retried the order it has just gone through, so not sure if they rectified it their side or system just needed time before I replaced order!

onecat often works like that. The payment failure pays shows because it is not coded to wait for success so shows immediate failure by mistake. Your cart will be empty and if you go to orders you can see they are processing and packing it and it succeeded. No, my issue was different - the payment failed due to incorrect card expiry date details I inputted, but when I went back to checkout it wouldn't let me use the coupon code.
It was eventually resolved after 15 minutes of trying, but 2 of the items in my cart that were available on ordering were unavailable when being packed. Also I noticed the pick up store had changed when the driver collected, which was possibly a reason for incorrect stock showing.
Their prices are also more expensive than PnP asap and Checkers sixty60, but I guess that might in part be due to commission from the variety of different chain stores they offer.
Their delivery is also slower than PnP and Checkers, but overall no serious complaints all considering the wide selection from numerous stores, price of delivery within an hour or 2 and convenience of not having to leave ones house!

Was that for the Nescafe Classic 200g priced at R98 or the marked up price of Gold for example at R130?!
