ColorNote is an awesome, lightweight app that might work. (Android only) I prefer it to Google Keep and others - which are sometimes slower. It's also very, very easy to use.

You could set that up on both phones, and set up the same sync email account for you both...so you can just sync each time you update and both of you will have the same info.

Hi all,

I am looking for an app that the SO and I can use for our grocery shopping list.

We sometimes go to the shops at different times and either end up buying the same thing twice or not getting something thinking the other person got it.

What we ideally need is an app where we can make a list, and both of us are able to see it from our phones, and when I buy something, it crosses it off on her phone so she knows not to get it.

A search of the app store only gave me options to share the list, but none that sync with other phones.

Anyone know if anything like this is around?

I make use of AnyList, it has been great and the basic options for free work well.
