They run that special quite often. Not too long ago it was 5 for R50. Very worth it.

yeah, we have stoked up. Pity their long life milk is more expensive now. Earlier this year we got some 1lt 6 packs at R55.

You guys check out the spar, checkers and shoprite apps? Lots of specials and discounts.

Question to the people buying ground coffee or grind their own coffee beans.....

Not looking to start a whole new thread and seeing that the coffee was mentioned a few posts back I might just as well ask here.

We drink Douw Egberts or Jacobs instant coffee at home and work but I've been looking to get an Aeropress for quite some time now. Not only can I use it at home and take it to work during the day but I can also take it along to my parents who believe in Frisco and Ricoffy .

How long will a 500g bag of ground coffee last me when I go this route?

As a household we probably drink about 3 to 4 cups of coffee per day at home and I will have another 1 or 2 at work. So lets say max 6 cups of coffee per day

I use an Aeropress with around 24g of freshly ground beans per cup. You can do the maths from there.

The Spar app is crappy, it doesn't help that it shows me R1 off All gold tomato sauce, when I don't know what they are charging for it in the fist place (R19 currently at PnP btw)

I never go to shoprite.

when last? last year they were selling for R50 on occasion. The food inflation is real :(
Last month my wife managed to get them at R59. But might be our Spar but milk does seem to be steadily climbing again.
