Group advises Icasa on digital switchover

All that cash spent on a fancy report that told what they thought they new from the beginning? Surely if that was the case they would have been better off spending the $$'s on finding a solution? Instead of encouraging Neotels growth (and other companies for that matter) we end up with more obstacles.

If they don't have a plan b in reserve they don't deserve to be the SNO. There was always the possibility that they wouldnt get it.
 
true, but the reason i wonder what they plan on doing is that every report/article they've had said fixed wireless with fixed-line being a 2ndary/later option. Guess they gonna be forced to pay Telkom for use of LL.
