I play the game fine with an E6550 OC'ed to 2.8GHz, 8800GTS 640MB (superclocked) and 2GB of memory @ 1680x1050 medium texture and high renderer. More Memory will definitely help, although the patch for it did solve a lot of memory issues. I suggest patching the game first and checking if it runs better.

@OP: I'd say 17+ is an accurate restriction for the game.

Ok sounds good, but is there any adult content, like adult scenes and things in that category in the game? I.E. in GTA san andreas you could pick up a prostitute, are there things of that nature in this game?
