GTA IV problem

so i got gta 4 today, had a issue with my PC in the morning, it wouldnt boot up, anyway i fixed it, installed the game and now im stuck having to activate it,,, problem is, i am capped,,, and my phone wont load the website required,,, amagad how pissy

Are you trying to do the automatic or the manual activation?

Just wait untill it crashes your windows installation. The activation process is the least of that game's problems.

Use your mobile internet for registering.
I was also capped and still.

yeah im using manual activation,,, all my phone loads is the

GTA IV banner, with languages below it, and then 'terms of usage' the rest is blank,

If your ph won't load the page why not set up your PC to connect to the net via the ph.
i.e - use your ph as the modem.
