GTA: IV Progress reports

Keep going guys, the only thing I can suggest is keep contact with your friends, the further you ignore them the harder it is to get back into their good books.
 
64% as well. I basically finished all the story missions by last Friday with only the final mission left which I did on Saturday.

My favourite mission by far was Three Leaf Clover, I wish I'd saved in another slot because I really wanna replay that mission. Actually, all the missions were very VERY enjoyable.

I'm now gonna finish off all the Assassin missions and start delivering cars.
 
I am about 40% in. Really enjoying the game! Have been a GTA fan since the beginning of GTA all those years ago (and the funny thing is I'm 18, lol, now that explains why I feel this urge to steal cars and shoot people..... naaaught)
This is def my fav game I own for the PS3, it may have lost a few things that were in san andreas but it has gained so much more!

Just got my copy now (& XBOX), cant wait to get home. What a title to get me hooked on the 360 lol
 
Ye, saw you were busy with GTA4 last night Doobi.

Well, you and every other contact on Live was playing GTA4.

I really must say .... it's rather immersive, the story line is probably the best of the GTA Series for me. Need to find some new threads tho, that raggedy brown leather jacket isnt appropriate for a pro hitman such as myself ;)
 
About 28% so far .... am on a break from missions so I can take in the sights and find me some more jumps :D

Agreed, that's one of the games weak points for me. I've got a pile of dosh in my pocket, and the whole of Broker and Bohan at my disposal, but the only place I can buy clothes is the same tatty surplus store you start with! You can't even just hop over to Manhattan to do some shopping, it's quite annoying. I need a theme for my phone as well because it's too dark to read on my telly :( And what about just 1 department store or sports store for some more, uh "creative" weapons?

Yeah, totally agree with you though, for the amount of buildings that there are it's a fraction of a percentage those that you can enter, was hoping they'd have a burglary type system like they did in San Andreas. But I guess these things will come with the next iterations. GTA3 -> VC -> SA everything got bigger and more interactive. Hope the same plays out this round.

If you're in Bohan already, you should have access to Perseus or Modo no?
 
20% in. Exams will put a damper on my play :(

Also I have a rental copy so I must finish it before the end of the month :D
