Whats up with steam giving an error when you try look at GTA IV? Don't they want me to buy it?

Using the actual steam application or on there website?

On their website I can find it but once I click it I get the error your region is not allowed or something along thse lines. Using the steam client I can't even find it in search.

region locked. but you can maybe cheat it this way:

We're in with the Europeans actually. If they considered us in the Australia region, we would have been really stuffed and been getting censored game versions.

That's how I got my GTA4 purchase from steam done, they might have fixed it though.
