Now I know they said there would be teething issues but this is getting ridiculous. Every time they find a problem and fix it, another one creeps up.

So when you eventually manage to get a connection, and you don't get kicked, most of the time you are placed in a session with one or two other players who leaves because of boredom I guess. And when you do get onto a session with more players you are too scared to attack them because the ****ing ***** might kick you!!

Then you accept a mission and the downloading hangs. You restart the game only to find your character, cash and everything else is gone yet again.

The single player mode was good. The story was good. A solid 8.5/10. Online however is a beta piece of **** at the moment and really leaving a bad taste.

Maybe I'll feel different when the time comes but as it stands I might just go and trade it in for Battlefield 4 :/

What makes you think Battlefield 4 will be any different, look at Battlefield 3 and how they left it with so many bugs.

BF has always been a multi player game. The beta is working well for me except for some lag.

BF4 beta is working well for me, except for some rubber banding when more than 40 players start playing on the 64 player conquest server.

Nothing. Just venting right now.

I cannot believe that server load can make something that has been in development for this long this unstable. Maybe phasing the online component in by country/region would've been a better idea.

I'm pretty sure it's because we get a raw deal in terms of servers in South Africa, it's the same for Battlefield 3, when a 64 player server is almost full it rubber bands which I think is caused by inadequate servers.

I can go join any European server and even when that server is full there is no rubber banding.

and then people complain that we never get it in <insert country here> first (or at all)

How did a GTA topic turn into BF4?

@ nomnom what BF3 bugs are you referring to?

Running fine here, perhaps lie still with face on ground?
