GTASA keeps crashing

regarding crashing, while using vista beta, to get need for speed carbon to work, i had to copy a directx 9 file into the games directory,to get it to work.
(also constant crashing)
Unfortunately I cant remember which file it was, but thats at least a place where u can start googling from.

i ran gta sa on vista with no problems.
diablo 2 however crashed alot

What is the error you get Pooky, can you describe it?
Maybe you need to update ya drivers (for Vista) or try different driver set.
