I dont have any side fans. I have two 120mm front intake fans. and the one extractor fan at the back. The case is a Cooler Master Stacker 830 Nvidia edition which is pretty big.

Maybe you should install side fans and also add some more on top of your case? if you have space for them?

I'm running 4x 120mm fans with one 80ml fan for CPU

it could be the cooling?

I dont think the problem is ventilation. It's still running on 68degrees with the side pannel removed and my room's AC blowing on it from a distance :)

did you experience the same problem before you inserted the 580? with your other graphics card?

Could it be that your card needs more power for better cooling? 580 requires max wattage of 600 to run properly

Check these. I hope they work now :wtf:

I know this might be stupid question, but with some people ya never know :P

Did you remove all packaging off the card? Make sure there is not plastic covering the fan or ventilation holes of the card?

I know the card doesn't go into power savings mode when you have 2 or more screens.
