GTX580 + 8800GTS Physics Card

My old XFX8800GTS 512mb is lying around collecting dust. Will I see a noticible performance increase if I use it as a physics card?

i was told with my friend gtx 570 he needs at least gtx 460 to get decent fps with using gtx 460 for physx
