Been using it for a year. Just don't spray it when the wind is strong. You'll need a shower afterwards.

It is highly concentrated birdcrap.

Parrot poop would be beneficial though I would say that guano generally refers to the excrement of carnivorous birds, particularly fish eating birds which would be orders of magnitude more potent.

Just drop the parrot poop paper into the compost and let it do its thing.

I would have a guess that by the amount of poop they collect it's from a chicken farm.
They're not going to go around scraping poo off rocks left by sea gulls...

Anyway any organic fertilizer is good, dime a dozen at the hardware store, just look at the NPK ratings on the back to compare
