now, a pitch: ultimate in SA is played in cape town, joburg, pretoria, pietermaritzburg, grahamstown, stellenbosch

great game for those who do not want to be involved in formal competitive sport after leaving school but are still keen to get some wholesome exercise

SA have been playing at world champs since 1998 - in Finland 2005 the mens team achieved midtable respectability in the world rankings while we took a junior team for the first time (made up of kids from khayelitsha outside cape town)

a lot of IT folks play & enjoy this game & all levels of skill and fitness can be catered for

It can be played individually, with a partner or as a team.
