He lives near San Francisco, and does all of the Classic car shows in Northern California.

Yea those wheel caps has a distinct Rolls flavour, and the cab a bit of Bugatti square/weirdness to it.
Picture is from Pebble Beach.....so a really good chance it is upmarket and scarce....
Now to find who else shared the grass with a Ferrari California GT..;-)

PHEW!! Not feeling too bad on that one, as I was about to say that it was something based on a Rover 75, and voila, so it is!

Also nice to see that the car in the older photo is still alive and kicking in the Wiki photo! (That number plate would NOT have gone down too well in South Africa!)
