No, not a concept car at all, there were plenty of them on SA roads at the time...always used to fascinate me, as they could have been going in any direction! Not a Chrysler.

I remember in Dbn YEARS ago... they had VW Kombis that looked like the above... used to amuse me as a kid to watch them!
