It is from an eastern block country... so I guess the designer had no real say in the end, brother comrade head of the bureau probably did not even look at the original design, penned the above himself and thus THAT was spawned!

I still kinda think it has some rather endearing qualities... still a tad better than the generic jelly moulds on the road perhaps??
