Just something I've been wondering about, is it not wrong that with the guest account you are able to see Telkom ISP info, like pricing etc but not other isp's details? Just something I've been wondering about especially since self-install modems/routers bought from Telkom come with the guest account preset and gives access to Telkom's main site which is fair enough, but then surely having promo's or pricing of their ISP in the dsl section of the site is anti-competitive?

It is anti-competitive. The very fact that telkom even provided isp services is anti-competitive. But telkom has no concept of fair play. Some of the other isps' also have guest accounts which only allow you access to their site.

yup but those you obtain by contacting the isp in question. These guest login accounts on the ADSL routers telkom supplies are preset to allow self install to work/verify on their site. Its the same when u order a ADSL line, they auto ask you if you want to use them as an isp.
