Guild Wars, questions...

Guys...sorry if this question has been asked before but: How many MB/hour does GW take? BF2 takes up about 80MB for a good hour session. Is GW also that intense?
 
not really , GW is so light in bandwidth usage you can play on your cellphone via GPRS or dial-up 56k.

something like 1MB per hour i guess.

there are skills which i have still not unlocked which facilitate her damage output but i am not keen to go that far, its frustrating. Edge of Extinction and Barrage ( elite skill ) seem like the best which really make the Ranger shine.
 
Anyone up for the Underworld / New Underworld this week sometime?
Haven't been involved in any guild team building :D

Also i need to do the Titan Quests with my Warrior, so anyone else up for that as well.

no problem. i wouldnt mind if he catches up with my necro at least we can proceed along the other quests together! :D

I'm experiencing a GW overload.

I tell myself i'm not going too play. Then during the day i read about GW stuff and i want to play again. it's a vicious circle :D
 
Hi,

I saw someone posted on the web some setting that you have to change in control panel and then in phone and modem options - can anyone help me with it please?! My friend helped and saw it is the problem why I can't connect. We've tried it on his pc and it worked now I can't remember what to do =(
 
hum... connect to the internet? what modem? err... i think this would belong best in the Hardware/Comms section.

@McCrack - just had a few quick sessions with my Ranger now. It seems she works best when only her skills are maximised to get her full potential. Will play some more at home but dont worry, i have a couple of bows you might like anyways. ;)

alas i just pop in to check skills and occasional farming.. on a 5200 its awful running in a window without a sound card... and everytime i play i have to swap the mouse buttons... sigh... :rolleyes:
 
exactly the reason why i dont want to install guildwars at work because ill never be working anymore. Just reading the guildwars posts and I want to play the game
