Did anyone else get the error 045? Can't seem to find out why I can't log in to my guildwars account worked before

All it says is account issue

Looks like your best bet would be to contact support.

Ok I have sent ticket to support hopefully they answer quickly

"Your Guild Wars has been blocked for an account issue. Please contact Support for more information"

Thats the one I get but doesnt give more info on wiki

Hope it gets sorted. I know someone who was 'banned' for credit card fraud, but it turned out it was a problem on ArenaNet/NCSoft's side, and they quickly sorted it out.

I use to run that area a lot with my priest

Got reply they asking for my serial numbers lol. Account is like 6 or 7 years old and don't have them anymore since I bought it online. Hopefully they accept my I.D as proof like Blizzard does.

I wouldn't even know where to begin. I got tons of chars around lvl10, only one lvl20 who was parked soon after dinging 20.

Thanks as soon as it is up i'll try remember where Drok is to try take you without you dying . I got like 5 20's if I remember right

Warrior, Priest, Hunter, Elemental, Mesmer

Edit: They said they investigating it now by checking my Info apparently someone is going to respond to me soon

On side note their support system is better than WoW

The ID book worked got my account back

+1 to their good customer service

Also according to them I logged in using different IP so thats why I got banned and can see why cause I used it in Cape Town during december holidays
