Is this game worth getting?
I see it is also out for both PS2 and XBOX360 - is there a difference between the 2? I have both units connected and the PS2 version is about R100 cheaper - I would expect more from the XBOX but maybe they are identical, so why waste moola?
 
xbox has waaaaaaaaaaaaay better graphics and i think it has bonus songs if im not wrong
 
There is more to the 360 version, although the PS2 has the nicer guitar design. If you have a 360 I'd go for the 360 version in spite of the guitar.
 
Well, I'm taking a break from GH2 for a couple of hours. Played it non-stop since yesterday, and managed to finish the game on normal. Lynyrd Skynyrd's Free Bird is a night mare to play!

I've been looking forward to this game for months, and it hasn't disappointed. Very well worth it Furnic.

Also, the 360 version is a much better game than the PS2 version due to better graphics, downloadable songs, achievements and global leaderboards.
 
yip yip i ordered the ps2 version via kalahari, ure right, that free bird song is a total biatch! i cant make it past the hard section, just managed to finish it on medium, and i play guitar! :sick:

Great game though, i just love them bones alice in chains and kansas!:p
also saved up $9000 and got death as a guitarist :D
 
I saw a girl walking around the mall today with this. I just thought, damn, your boyfriend / husband is a lucky guy.
 
Yeah, it's damn fun. Just got my 1st 4 star on hard for Strutter.
 
didnt i read though in another thread that your guitar is busted after like 1 day and that there is a problem with a patch - i dunno if i shuld get the game or just wait or just leave it

by the way will contact you sometime this week to do the game swap..
 
game was patched up on Thursday evening when i went online and guitar definetly works for more than 1 day... you shouldnt believe rumours you know. ;)
 
I bought 2 copies of the game, so I still have 1 functioning geet.

If you come round to do the swap this weekend, you can check out GH2, and make up your mind.
