Looks interesting. Appears to be on pre-order at the moment, starts shipping 6th of Jan. Apparently as this is a low powered device it comes with 8.1 32bit free edition. I wonder if you could get openelec going on this?

A bit OT, but one question. Hope its not a stupid one. Is there anywhere I can get the installs for the 8.1 32bit free edition?
I want to see if it can run of a old Netbook I have.

Not quite, as this one doesn't have HDMI output (like Nextbook) nor multiple USB ports as above (remember that charging by OTG is a problem).
It will be more such devices in few months... Rather plenty, no rush.

The one above does have HDMI out. So it is identical to the Nextbook just with 2gb Ram and 32gb Rom
