Quite a lot going into those two statements, but firstly, education takes time (generations), also, you cannot transpose today's values on the 1940s, where the majority of white people didn't even complete matric. On your second comment, are you suggesting that white people were not "trained to serve"? All were, hence I included "work ethic" as one of the gifts received from the Apartheid era.

In times of peace and prosperity, people multiply, in times of economic hardship, famine, drought and wars the population recedes. I don't understand your logic -- what "issues"? I might as well add that I personally do not believe in the Malthusian myth that the earth is overpopulated.
 
In any case, we are getting off-topic here, well done to Solidarity and the people at Sol-Tech college! May their graduates prosper, despite this racist government's every attempt at putting the Afrikaans-speaking people down.

The growth rate of the black, couloured and Indian populations are about equal in that graph.
