Was thinking of getting GW today but not sure if it is worth the R400, (that is for the complete package)....I am not interested in WOW as I seriously am not paying a monthly fee for something I wont play day in and day out....So what do you guys think? Is it worth the green?
If you are not sure if you will like it buy a single campaign for R130. Should keep you busy for the rest of the holiday at least. oh.. too late
ps. who's playing tonight?
Hmm some help might be in order - I have got my char level 3 and now went off to winter wonderland, kamdor I think its called, cant remember and I have accepted a few tasks but when ever I get to the task I cant fight any of the crits, my dude is armed but when I click on the crit to attack my guy just stands there and dies...Even tried different tasks but same thing. Hmm will pot around and work it out.
I take it you've created a Nightfall character and meant Kamadan? It's Winter Wonderland at present because of Christmas
Which quest are you on at the moment? In order to attack the closest mob, press "C" then the space bar. Then use 1-8 to cast spells and use skills. Make sure that before you quest you add henchmen or heroes to your party. Press the "P" button to display the party window. Next, if you have any heroes you will be able to add them via a drop-down menu in the party window. Otherwise, in a town such as Kamadan, you will see a line of NPCs next to most teleports. These are henchmen. Simple click on one of them and their name will appear in the party window. Then click the "+" next to their name to add them to your party.
Grimspoon ... I'm wondering if you're taking part in the Wintersday quests where you're having this problem?
The thing is ... with these quests - you can't physically attack the creatures ... you have to use the snowball skills in your skillbar. Some of those missions can be pretty tricky too ... I had to do one of them over a couple of times before I got the hang of it.
