I might be lucky, but why do you see so many on the road if they are so bad? You say you only one drive in one, I've had mine for 2 years

One drive in one that had 3000 km on the clock, and was rattling as though it had done 300 000...it was already streaking rust from joints, the interior plastic was falling off, and after reaching 120 on the freeway I very quickly slowed down as the car was almost undriveable at that speed.
You are one of the lucky ones, obviously. I would seriously have written this car off if I had continued to drive at 120...it was unbelievably bad, as were the other 20 or so that were originally sold in our area. In the end, the dealer took many of therm back and used them as demo stock, and then closed that side of the business.
You weren't a a Hover though, right? It was one of the GWM bakkies, wasn't it?
You missed myIn reply to Luke, I don't like Malema and the roads in the little bit of first world called Cape Town are fine. I do like the Hover though and please take the time read the comments by the guy who has well over 100,000 kms to really understand what a lot of nonsense is bandied about by people who know very little.
Well shearder it certainly looks as if you have done your homework and that you are very proud of your bargain basement bargain.
ENJOY and please give us regular reports on how well it is going.
I'll give you a update, after 2 years of having the Hover 2.4 I've had no problems with it yet. In fact, I'm taking it to the low veld next week again
