I understand your motivations are not evil, but then nether is the poor burglar that breaks into your house
Your analogy is broken.
When the burglar took my stuff, I was deprived of the use of something I had paid for. The dev is NOT deprived of the use of anything when I test his software - and if it's good I will buy it.

Sorry to go of topic but are you using auto-correct? :) Trial is becoming trail. I know my iPad does it all the time and it makes me look like a complete schmuck at times. Have to keep going back and edit my spelling.

Yep, but its a catch 20/20 either have this or my atrocious spelling. :)

It's not just your spelling: I thought it was "catch 22" not catch 20/20. :D

It decreases the value. Just as inflation robs you of your money, devaluing your product robs you of money

Well then quickly, better take the government to task for inflation! They're robbing you far more effectively than someone trying your app.

Uhh...The threat of inflation is already known (By government), hence the reason we have Inflation Targeting as a government policy.
But I'm sure you already knew that, and were just trolling to try justify stealing

@JStrike
Why are you not able to tell us what app it is?
Is it a company internal app? If yes, why would someone even try and use it? Surely they won't have any use for it.

We don't make it known that we are a SA based company, and we would like to keep it that way :)
No, it is not an internal app, you can find it on the top charts on the iTunes store (US).

The opposite of Proudly South African, I guess?

Well now I'm really bloody curious. Come on tell us... or PM me privately :p

Top 100, not 10 unfortunately :)

hahahaha nice try, but no.
Interestingly enough, since you brought them up, I expect Apple to by Nuance sometime in the next year

Not gonna happen. The CEO of Nuance is a notoriously proprietorial mofo. He has no reason to sell - Nuance being extremely profitable - and a line out the door of licensees from cars to tablets to input systems.
