Ozzy's kitchen
https://www.facebook.com/Ozzyskitchen/
havent dined there yet, looks good. Ozzy is a cool guy and super talented so I'm sure the food will be good (and expensive)
Burger Rack in Comaro View is now halal (1k off comaro offramp) (also Burger Rack in Cresta Mall & Melrose Crossing is halal)
Roco Mamas Melrose Arch (in case you're living under a rock)
Bronto's Norwood and Linden is now halal (love their burgers!)
La Padrino's has more stores. The greenside one is still the best, but another on "Die Ou Pad" on Ontdekkers road, and another at Lisbon Center in Robertsham
RoofTop Cafe as mentioned above

The Mochachos on Bree Street (just a few blocks away from oriental plaza, part of the Sasol Garage i think)
open 24 hours on weekends and one of the better mochachos in JHB. Feels like a whole new taste compared to others.
Rocco Mama's in Melrose Arch
Was nice, but too noisy for my liking
Halaal Food Expo worth the trip?
Sadly tried Mikes Kitchen twice. Food below par and expensive. Pity as one prefers supporting fully halaal and muslim owned businesses.
Any recommendations on something new and classy for a birthday treat?
Anything nice near Northgate mall? Want to take a friend out.
