They have no half racks available unfortunately.

I’ll reach out to them tomorrow for you and pm you. Odd that they have no half racks available considering that their dc was hardly fill only a few months ago
I also thought it was odd. Seems like they have plenty of full racks available though, but we only really need like 12U, and it must be lockable and separate from other customers.
I had a discussion with the guys from DD about Victory Park last month and they mentioned doing quarter and half racks. My concern though is the hands on support and getting access to the dc is always a pain.

Yeah I had another client at Ignite for 8 years or so, it was very reliable, but always a PITA to get access. I'm very worried about IS at the moment - a few other clients use them and customer support has deteriorated.
Is that even possible?
