Hamas has accepted Israel's right to exist and would be prepared to nullify its charter, which calls for the destruction of Israel, Aziz Dwaik, Hamas's most senior representative in the West Bank, said on Wednesday.

Wow, seems that Hamas has finally left its militant stance and taken a step in the right direction. Lets see what happens ?
 
Great news! Let's hope both parties come to an amicable agreement which sees the Palestinians being less hostile and the Israelis opening up their control points.
 
We can never forget our brothers who have been sacrificed in Sabran shatila etc etc. Opening up of control points changes nothing.
 
I guess, but extremists on both sides will most probably never co-exist. Different religions/people just can't seem to get along.
 
Why a publicity stunt. Israel has always said in order for the 2 state solution Hamas must accept Israel.

Well guess what they have, lets see what other issues hold up the process :rolleyes:

I gather not a single person read the article.:confused:

This is the opinion of one person recently released from prison - it is not from hamas leadership.

Give it a day or two and the hamas denials will come pouring in.

Israel dude, not everything is about the jews. Israel just happens to be fulla jews but lay down arms against Israel, it seems anyone opposing Israel is anti semantic fool hey and boy do the Israel lovers use that a lot as do israel.

It is like the blacks in this country always pulling the race card. You do not like us you must be racist against all blacks.

I doubt that they are telling their rank and file members the same thing. Arafat used to do the exact same thing: Say one thing, in English, to western reporters and say the exact opposite, in Arabic, to his followers.

If you shake hands with these type of people be sure to count your fingers afterwards.

Not possible. The "Palestinians" hate their Jewish neighbours more than they love their own children. As soon as the control points are opened up then you will soon see a lot more exploding "jihadists" in Israeli restraurants and schools.

They don't bash Arabs. They simply respond to their provocations. If the Arabs would learn to behave there wouldn't be a Middle East problem.
 
This is a step in the right direction.

Just sad it took them so long, how many live could have been saved if they did this 10 years ago?

Although, your remark that anti-Israeli's are opposed to the study of meaning in languages is unique :D
