The Black Hand were killing Jewish civilians before Israel even existed.
If they wanted to kill all the Palestinians they could have done so at any point in the last 60 years. They haven't.
Jordan is, by your logic, also an illegal and illegitimate state then. They also 'stole' Palestinian land. But they're Arabs, so I guess it's okay.
