What the hell?????

Why is there a hard cap on our Max25+ package?
I thought there is supposed to be a throttled speed once the cap was reached.

Thanks a lot..........and fix your bloody website so that bandwith boosters can be purchased without issues like no dropdown menu on the account one and no connection to verify a credit card.

Why must the small things piss people off so much?

I apologise for language use but it seems it is the way to go to get service in this country.

Sucks donkey piles if contracts are hard capped now.
Does not suck as much as the pretty much useless website.

Seems a trip to the iBurst shop in Menlyn is in order tomorrow as I am even more pissed off at the "customer service" hotline that is such a pleasure phoning and hanging on for over 15 minutes just to have the call dropped.

even with the uncapped package i dont even see doing 30 gigs this month what is the use of having uncapped then

its been a hard cap for quite a while, even before the new packages came out.

I think they have an add-on which throttles you and then allows you to browse after you have been capped.

So you have to pay extra for this. I think they should have kept the soft cap, worked really nicely and a lot of us were with iBurst back in the day due to the soft cap.

All packages to be soft capped and the uncapped accounts to have a higher threshold? :P

that's the uncapped any time (used to be called VAS) was talking about cost R199 and you throttled to 64kbps, but if you capped you still get full speed between midnight and 8 am, also downloads between then don't count toward you bandwidth limit.

Hmm, ok... Thats expensive. R200 for 64K uncapped.

I guess at least those who want it have the option.
