Ive got a telkom 3gig account and im still uncapped internationally. my usage thus far according to saix is 13+ gig.

Yeah, I'm also not capped. I'm on a Telkom 3GB SAIX shaped account and I've downloaded close to 9GB now and I'm still not capped. I've even restarted my router, twice and nothing. Weird. Oh well, I'll use it while I can !
