Also what someone said earlier is true. Rather have fewer thriving forums than lots of deserted ones... I think The_Techie should get, umm, let's see, 9 more votes? Due to his higher status on the forum of course.

no, since our discussions about the software often concern the hardware as well.

My vote is that you seperate the "TV, DSTV, movies & Entertainment" forum from the other hardware forum "TVs, photography, home entertainment systems, computer systems" etc. Anything that is strictly hardware can go in there.

The other option is to carve off a "computer troubleshooting" forum and leave this one as is.
