I also got that, but when you add something to the cart, the cart value is just the value of the item in the cart.

I still wouldn't buy anything from them either way.
There are so many threads on here about how poor their service is and their prices are certainly not the best either.

Off the top of my head Prophecy, Landmark or even Take2 should be better bets.
The external must be USB-powered I take it, and any preference on the brand of drive? It must be 250GB?

Not to put myself out there at all, but I can help with that
LandmarkPC has told me that their cards will arrive tonight and will be at my huis by friday at the very latest (depending on the courier). Their card is R50.00 more than digital addictions but their customer service is amazing and I'll have my card in 2-3days ftw
Yeah ... Landmark are pretty good, but this sentence makes it seem like I'm not so good on the customer service department
My first truly irate customer was today ... she waited outside my house for 30 minutes ... and then left because she never got the product and it is the second time she was here. The funny part comes in that I was here too, but she never bothered phoning me to tell me she was here
... and my 6th sense is a bit off But otherwise, I believe my service is up to scratch ... the only thing is I've been told by the same supplier that my ETA is only next week ... but I will confirm with the manager tomorrow, cause Andy said they came in.

Yes, there is Raizon and Eitai on these forums that offer good prices and clearly good feedback. PostmanPot offers a similar thing.
I just mention the big online retailers cos I know they are popular and have had good dealings with Prophecy in the past and heard only good things about Landmark

But he is right, those online shops are very good and well known. By all means deal with them.
I personally don't offer an online shop. I'd rather deal one to one with the customer and offer full attentiveness than expect them to order without direct consultation. Each to their own.

I just don't want to recommend someone to someone else that I haven't bought anything from personally.
I have had great service from Prophecy and people have convinced me to recommend Landmark cos of their good prices, service, and the fact they are in CT

im not saying your service is bad eitai, i have heard nothing but good things from you guys, just andy kinda beat you to it with the suppliers
Ya, Henry is right about the big online shops ... my goal is to become big as well ... and it seems like I'm slowly getting there ...although I'm many years off the scale of prophecy.
I just found out today that they started as a NAG forum and moved to a shop ... I thought they started as a shop and added a forum ... that probably explains why my forum is dead as a doornail ... a whole 11 members ... woo hoo
