a couple yeah. if you plan on buying i suggest like other have that you do an eft and not credit card, also if you want place the order and do the eft only when you know more.

Thanks Zuner. Are guys buying from the website or BOB?
Won't a credit card be safer, because you can always reverse the charge with your bank?

Sorry for the questions. Got my cards in hand, lol.

I would do EFT, as it means you don't have to pay anything until its confirmed.

debatable, there are some queries about the security of their site. i bought from their site, didn't know it was on Bob too. BoB has the buyer protection. i'm waiting till tomorrow to hear the verdict then i'll order, still plenty left in stock..

me too man, im running a 64gb ssd that 512gb will be welcomed with open arms. might stack a few 750gb's too.

so BoB might be the better option to force them to honour the prices..

Thinking so.
I will wait to see what they have to say in the AM regarding my site order. If they give me hassles, I will place the order via BoB. There its BoBs rules and not theirs.

There's no way Firstshop would be able to honour those orders without going out of business. Now if something like this were to happen on Kalahari or Takealot, I'd be on top of it.

There was an incident with Kalahari selling various DVD box sets for between R1-R5. I ordered them, but Kalahari refused to honour the prices.

I crapped all over them because instead of apologising they just sent me an email to say that coincidentally everything I ordered was out of stock, instead of admitting their mistake and apologising. I didn't get the DVD's, but they paid me off with a R250 voucher. :)
